Electrostatic.
Clarity without compromise.

Thanks to this technology, Lirogon loudspeakers are not merely tools for music playback. They become part of the space — a source of sonic narrative that draws the listener into the very heart of the music.

In the world of sound, every detail matters. Traditional dynamic transducers rely on coils and heavy diaphragms, which inevitably introduce limitations — inertia, distortion, and a loss of natural transparency.

Lirostat, Lirogon’s proprietary electrostatic technology, eliminates these barriers. In our transducers, there is no coil and no conventional magnetic system. Instead, an ultra-light diaphragm — only a few micrometers thick — is set into motion by a perfectly uniform electrostatic field.

Lirostat Technology.
A matrix of harmonics instead of limitations.

Lirostat is a system composed of dozens of ultra-light panel diaphragms. Their formats have been designed to create a dense network of resonances — primarily fundamental, but also higher harmonics — across the entire audible spectrum.

Thanks to the numerous resonance points, we achieved exceptional efficiency throughout the full frequency range. Moreover, the precisely calibrated number of diaphragms ensures that this efficiency remains consistent from the sub-bass range all the way up to the ultra-high frequencies — a true phenomenon in the world of electrostatics.

Such an approach to construction and tuning makes the Lirogon loudspeaker behave more like a musical instrument than a conventional sound reproduction device. Each diaphragm acts as part of a larger orchestra, together creating a rich, coherent musical image.

The Lirostat electronics are reduced to their purest form — serving only to grade the voltages required to generate variable electric fields within the transducers.

  • Crossover-free precision

Lirostat is a maximally simple, crossover-free electronic system whose sole purpose is to grade the electrical voltages required to generate variable electrostatic fields within the transducers.

Unlike conventional dynamic loudspeakers, Lirogon does not filter the audio signal, split it into fragments, or direct them to specific drivers. Such an approach is an artificial compromise dictated by the limitations of traditional designs.

In Lirostat, the role of a crossover is fulfilled mechanically rather than electrically — allowing the audio signal to reach each transducer across a broader frequency range, without losing its natural continuity and tonal coherence.

    Sound as in nature

This approach brings the behavior of the loudspeaker closer to that of real acoustic instruments.

Just as a drum produces not only its fundamental tone but also a wealth of subtler harmonics, and a string vibrates at multiple frequencies simultaneously, Lirostat reproduces the full complexity of the sound spectrum from a single, unified material.

Each transducer operates across a wide frequency range, and the uniform diaphragm material allows sounds from adjacent transducers to merge into a coherent, natural whole. The result is a seamless, organic sound that preserves the natural relationships between tone, space, and dynamics.

    Time and phase coherence

Lirostat ensures complete time and phase coherence of acoustic pressure across the entire audible spectrum — for both the right and left ear. As a result, the sound gains a holographic soundstage: wide, deep, and precisely positioned in space.

This effect is the result of extreme precision in the manufacturing of every loudspeaker component — from the supporting structure to the transformers. Every element has been designed and crafted in-house by the Lirogon team, as no existing solutions on the market meet the demands of such high-level electrostatic sound reproduction.

Lirostat also incorporates a proprietary process of assembly and transducer tuning — the very core of Lirogontechnology and the source of its exceptional sound.
